Trial Terms, Waiver & Cooling-Off

1. Trial access
- Trial length is 7 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- No card is required to access trial functionality unless stated at signup.
- Trial functionality may be limited to agreed channels/features.
2. Service setup consent
By starting the trial, you authorise us to configure workflows, data mappings, and messaging logic based on the information you provide.
3. Customer acknowledgment
- You are responsible for final review/approval of automations before live use.
- You confirm your communications comply with GDPR/PECR and sector requirements.
- You will not use trial systems for unlawful or deceptive activity.
4. Cooling-off
Where applicable by law, you may exercise statutory cooling-off rights. If you ask us to begin service setup immediately, you acknowledge partial performance may begin during any cooling-off period.
5. Conversion to paid service
- Paid plan begins only if you expressly approve continuation.
- Pricing and plan terms are shown before you commit.
- You may decline continuation with no further obligation, subject to any agreed one-off setup work.
6. Liability and disclaimer
Trial is provided as-is for evaluation. We do not guarantee specific booking, lead, or revenue outcomes during trial.
